1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tradoor platform ("Service"), operated by Tradoor by brokx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Tradoor is an automated market making tool that interacts with third-party decentralized exchanges on your behalf. The Service provides software tooling only — it does not constitute financial advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services.

3. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited or restricted by law.
You have full legal authority to use the Service and to bind yourself to these Terms.

4. Account & Access

Access to the Service is granted through wallet-based authentication. You are solely responsible for:

The security of your wallet, private keys, and API credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Maintaining only one active account per user.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading involves risk, including the potential loss of your entire capital. You acknowledge that:

Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Market making strategies carry inherent risks, including but not limited to adverse price movements, liquidity risk, and smart contract risk.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

6. Risks

You understand and accept the following risks:

Market risk — Cryptocurrency and derivative markets are highly volatile. You may incur significant losses.
Technology risk — The Service relies on third-party exchanges, blockchain networks, and APIs which may experience downtime, bugs, or exploits beyond our control.
Smart contract risk — Interactions with on-chain protocols carry the risk of smart contract vulnerabilities.
Regulatory risk — The legal status of digital assets and automated trading varies by jurisdiction and may change.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Tradoor by brokx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of funds, or trading losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Create multiple accounts or share your account with third parties.
Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding associated with the Service are the property of Tradoor by brokx. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service interacts with third-party exchanges and protocols (including but not limited to Hyperliquid, Kinetiq, and Trade.xyz). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

11. Data & Privacy

We collect and store minimal data necessary to operate the Service, including your wallet address, trading configuration, and performance history. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is stored on secured servers and retained for the duration of your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tradoor by brokx, its operators, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
